amazing stay!
great venue excellent pool outdoor terrace accommodating staff
This venue is great and the facilities are top notch. I would come back with my family. the indoor swimming pool is excellent and it has lifeguards. the staff were accommodating and very knowledgeable. aztec bistro was a favorite with its outdoor terrace and the breakfasts.. especially the fresh pastries.

My room was good, spacious, and warm. It was great. the bathroom was clean and the water flow was nice. all rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay for every guest.

The location is very convenient. That is a win. the hotel is excellently located close to local attractions.. the beach, seafront, harbor, cafes, stopping centre, and railway station. these nearby facilities made exploring so easy.

friendly staff prompt service swimming pools small room faulty remote broken light
I found the staff friendly. their service was always prompt and courteous. i also appreciated the variety of facilities available, especially the swimming pools and games area. They provided ample opportunities for relaxation and fun.
My room was rather small. the tv remote was not fully functional. the light above the mirror was also not working. This made grooming a bit difficult.

Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Fantastic Amenities!!!
vegan meals great pool bowling alley reasonable price
The food was AMAZING. The chef were pretty good too accommodate my vegan needs. He offered a different meal every day. The pool was great. It had a larger pool that was colder than expected, but it worked perfectly for my son. I loved the bowling alley. The price was reasonable!
